Here’s how we make sure your items stay safe during your move:
- We use high-quality materials such as trolleys, ropes, and protective blankets.
- You can get insurance coverage up to €2 million for all items moved. Please note, there is a €500 own-risk amount per claim per item. Submit claims within 2 days (48 hours) after your move.
- Our experienced movers are trained to handle your belongings with the utmost care.

Here’s a breakdown of the rates for our moving services:
- Starting from €19 per hour for movers.
- €39 per hour for a small moving van.
- €50 per hour for a large moving van.
The total cost depends on factors such as the items' volume, your move's distance, and any additional services requested. Request a quote for a price that suits your situation and needs.
Book your move at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. This allows enough time for us to prepare and ensure availability. However, if you need to move sooner, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to help you.
Yes, we offer packing materials such as boxes, tape, and protective wraps. You can buy or rent these directly from us to make sure your items are packed securely.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move dangerous materials, perishable items, or anything that isn’t properly packed. Please make sure all your items are packed securely in boxes or bags before the move.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your move within 3 days (72 hours) before the moving date, we will charge the full cost. If you cancel within 14 days, you will pay 15% of the total amount.

Yes, we offer secure storage for your belongings during your move. Need temporary storage or is your new place not ready yet? No problem, we’ll keep your items safe. When you’re ready, we’ll deliver them to your new address.
To get ready for your move, please:
- Pack all your belongings securely in boxes or bags, and label them. If you have opted for our packing service, then we will handle this for you safely and efficiently.
- Tell us about any fragile or special items at least 2 days (48 hours) before your move.
- Make sure everything is packed and ready for transport on your moving day. We may not be able to move items that aren’t properly packed.
