Our Terms and Conditions:<\/b><\/h2>
  • While we do our best to move your items without any damage, we offer full<\/span> insurance up to 2 million euros on all items that we move<\/b>. There is an own-risk amount that we use as a good will paid by our customer per claim - this is 500 eur per claim per object. Claims must be made within 48hours of the moving date.<\/span><\/li>
  • Cancellations are not allowed<\/b> when done <\/span>less than 72 hours<\/b>, and the full amount will be charged. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the moving date have a penalty charge of 15% on the total amount<\/span><\/li>
  • Time starts from the moment we leave our office and must include the return trip<\/b><\/li>
  • We can't guarantee the exact starting time, and we do our best to meet the times provided - please be ready within +\/- 1 or 2 hour of the agreed time<\/b><\/li>
  • Fragile and special items must be clearly labeled and properly packed\/ secured before being moved <\/b>and our movers must be informed regarding these items to take proper actions for their safe transport. Failing to report these items could violate our insurance policy<\/span><\/li>
  • We <\/span>shall not be hold responsible for any damages<\/b> where these are a result of wrong labeling, bad packaging, missing information or mishandling by non of our movers. Furthermore, we exclude liability for MDF\/Particle Board furniture due to the material's inherent instability during professional transport.<\/span><\/li>
  • When not opting for the Professional Moving Company packing-service, we <\/span>expect items to be packed and secured in boxes or bags<\/b>. Professional Moving Company retains the right to refuse to move loose items that are not safely packed<\/span><\/li>
  • Movers <\/span>require a 20 minute break after every 4 hours of moving <\/b>to guarantee their safety and ensure quality of output<\/span><\/li>
  • During the move, <\/span>we make use of a full suit of top-notch moving materials<\/b> such as special trolley, moving ropes, moving blankets, etc<\/span><\/li>
  • If there are any <\/span>special needs\/ instructions<\/b>, these <\/span>must be communicated in writing to Professional Moving Company at least 48 hours prior to the moving date<\/b><\/li>
